Which product version or which suite version (see below) you need. I'm wondering if there is a sub setting somewhere in Resolve that needs to be checked to activate/recognize the plugin. Which operating system youre using (Mac/Windows). I checked Premier Pro which is another NLE I have on my system and they work flawlessly, leading me to believe it it Resolve and not the software or my computer. Option 1: If you purchased your perpetual license through (after 2020), check that the perpetual license now says its activated within the Maxon App. ![]() I have been in touch with NewBlue and they have given me different versions of the software, instructions on hidden files to delete, different serial numbers but nothing changes. Be sure to include your operating system when requesting installers. The transitions have a big red X and no matter what I do, (uninstall, reinstall, delete files etc.) The X doesn't go away. I recently purchased NewBlue Transitions5 Ultimate and installed the software. ![]()
